Hi All,
I am working for an Indian Financial service client, where the need is to have the flexibility of processing the off-boarding checklist after the Last Working date, Full and Final Settlement(F&F) is done post all the clearances are completed.
1.Is it feasible to do the clearances once the employee leaves the organisation?
2. If yes, can the clearance status be changed and tagged against the employee ID?
3. If no, can we atleast change the status of the employee as Resigned- F&F Pending on the last working date of the employee and post all the clearances are completed, the employee status should finally change to inactive.
