With R13 we have found that if you have employees with multiple assignments on the same work relationship and any of those assignments have been inactivated, if you do not ensure that the correct grade is associated to the inactive job before a termination is processed your termination of the employee will fail. For example, we had an employee with a current, active assignment and an inactive assignment on the same work relationship from 12/2016. When we processed the employee's termination, it failed. We received an error stating that you must enter a valid GradeID. We were told this issue
