User Generated Content Guidelines

Looking to find experience with guideline settings for enabling user generated content across a large organization.

Background:  We are planning on leveraging the full capability of the User Generated Catalog including publishing video and tutorials.   This is quite a new concept and would like to understand what other customers are doing to provide both Employees and Managers guidelines in terms of the type of content that is acceptable, appropriate etc.   How have you handled the fact that this content may include material that is not necessarily approved from a branding or overall corporate communications perspective ?   Any concerns from a safety perspective ?
