How to see the rejection Comment for a BPA/CPA

Made Rejection Comments mandatory on agreements (BPA/CPA) and Po's

Content (required):

Set up the approval rejection comments as mandatory in the task configuration -document approval area. On both PO's and agreement it makes me add a rejection comment but when the person who submitted the approval goes to view the rejection comment cannot see it for agreements only PO's. Any one have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?
