Hello,

We are working on implementing HCM Learning Cloud and we have run into an issue with Manage Catalog Resources.

When one administrator loads resources, other administrators cannot search the content that was loaded.  This will cause an issue as we will have different administrators who will need to access this content. 

Is there a role that is missing that allows cross user viewing?
