OCI: Oracle Linux 9 - How to Install inotify-tools

Goal:
This document outlines the steps required to install inotify-tools in Oracle Linux 9.
Solution:
Oracle Linux 9 does not provide inotify-tools in the standard repositories.
In order to install inotify-tools in Oracle Linux 9, you can enable the ol9_developer_EPEL repository.
1) Log in to your instance.
2) Enable the repository with:
# yum-config-manager --enable ol9_developer_EPEL
3) Install the package with:
# yum install inotify-tools
NOTE:
Please be aware that there is not a production-supported version of inotify-tools in Oracle Linux 9.
You can use the EPEL provided version, but it does not come with bug support from the Oracle Linux team.
