Data Masking Clarification

Summary:

After the data masking service is applied, can we override the value in an attribute. For example can we change the email address to something else during testing.

Can we devise the algorithm used to determine the format of the data masked value. For example can we state what format we want the bank account number to be in, ie. XXXX-1234 Or does Oracle provide the variations that are possible. If so, can you please share with us for the attributes that Oracle will mask.
