How it can be possible to send a PO PDF copy of the PO PDF sent to the supplier to another mail ?

Our need is to be able to send this copy to a specific email address, ideally per business unit.

Is there a profile option to do that ? Does the "Collaboration Messaging" can be a solution ? or another particular setup ?
