Candidate's Education, Work Experience and Certification data not flowing to Person Profile

We are observing that post conversion of a candidate to Employee, but data related to Education, Work Experience and Certification are not flowing from Recruit to Person Profile. It is not visible in Candidate Profile/ Person Profile. Please suggest what could have been the root cause for such behavior.
