How to edit start date and end date in the current years from my Accouting Calendar

Summary:

Currently there are periods configured in my Accounting Calendar (TELEVISA) from year 2000 to 2040, this don´t allow to edit the dates (start and end). But I add a new year example 2041 allows to edit the dates.

Content (required):

I want to edit this dates with the object to force the closing period for each period, I mean for example to Jan-23 it is configured to start on 01/01/2023 and end on 01/31/2023 can edit this to start on 01/15/2023 and end on 01/10/2023. But currently this option isn´t avalaible, do you know why?
