How can I create dependent working parameters in SQL report?

Hi,

I have 'person number' and 'absence start date' parameters that I will use in my sql report and I have defined lov value set for them. But I want start date to come automatically when person number is selected. i.e. how do i get to create dependent 2 parameters?
