Editting Learning Content Error

Summary

Error whenever we try to edit a learning content

Content

Whenever we edit a content the page will stop responding after a while.
Example is we will go to Manage Learning Content, choose a content that we will edit (just changing the name), change the name and then Save and Close.
The loading will not finish and will just stay in that screen.

An error saying that the page is not respond will show up afterwards.

Is it due to data security or from some other reasons?
