Question Related to Change Order Approval in Oracle Cloud

Hi All,

Currently our requirement is related to requestor initiated change request.

When the percentage change is up to 5% and the new amount exceeds the previously approval range bucket, we need to route the Change Order with the latest approval range bucket.

For example:

• Initial PO is created for $245K. This will be routed to approvers in >= 15K and < 250K - Expected behavior
• PO change is processed from $245K to $255K, about a 4% change. In the current implementation, this change will not route for approval as the percentage change is between -5% to 5%.
• But the new amount of $255K is above the previous approver’s approval limit. Approval bucket range change at $250K. In this scenario, we need to re-route the approval with the approvers in a new range.
