Is it possible to add a new value in the “Condition” LOV for PO Agreement controls?

Summary:

In the “Control” tab of the PO Agreements page, when editing an agreement, we would like to add a new value in the “Condition” list of values. Is this possible?

In the “Control” tab of the PO Agreements page, in the "Notification Controls" section when editing an agreement there is a "Conditino" list of values with 3 values : Expiration, Amount Not Realeased and Amount Released.

We would like to add a new value in the “Condition” list of values, and add start and end dates, so that we can send a BIP report reminder based on these dates to the procurement user. Is this possible?
