Prevent edit in Disability section (Person Details area) for some HR users

How can we prevent to perform changes in Disability section for some HR users?

Hi,

we removed Manage Person Disability by HR to our HR but the HR user can still see the button "Add" and the icon to edit the section?

What are the roles/privileges that I have to remove in order to prevent changes in Disability section?
