Requisition Approval based on Master Item Data attribute

Summary:

I would like to set one requisition approval rule based on the attribute value of the EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B table.

If the requisition item has this value equal to Y in the EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_B table, the approval group should be extended to one other specific user.

How can I cover this requirement? Is it feasible?
