Complex Work Purchase Order From Requisition

Hi

I know that the complex work purchase order has been implemented now starts from 21C. Can you please advise if complex work purchase order can be created through requisition? I tried to find the meta link from oracle support for this or from new feature released document, but I can't find anything which mention regarding this
