Remainder alert for learner who is not enrolled in an offering

Summary:

When we launch an ILT-based course, we typically provide our learners with multiple ILT sessions that run over a few days and may even run into the following week. So the duration of our different courses varies from may be 3 days to 10 days (or even longer for some).

Content (required):

Alert need to be sent out to those who haven’t yet enrolled in any of the offerings and remainds/encourages them to do so. But I’m not sure of the best way to set up the triggers for that.

We need a alert to send out a reminder may be 1, 2 or 3 days before the FIRST ILT Offering session occurs.
