Terminate Employment and Resign from Employment as a Tile

Wondering if Oracle has troubleshoot the issue with not being able to create Terminate Employment and Resign from Employment as a tile? Apparently this was resolved in the 23A update but it appears like its still not available?

Looking to create a new tile in My Teams for Leaders to access the Terminate Employment feature, this same thing goes for the Resign from Employment feature for employees, we were told that the ability to do so would be available post 23A patch but it still does not appear to be possible? Thoughts and if it is possible could you share steps on how to achieve this?
