Hi all,

 

We have a number of SRs open for transactions and locked screens that have failed that cannot be found in BPM. When searching in Transaction Admin Console they couldn't be found as this only seems to show workflows which are submitted after R13. After a 23x7 SR and escalating a number of times we finally got an OWC with a developer who seemed to know about this screen, you can type PreUpgrade in the search to see all your previous submitted workflows - even support were not aware of this and wasted days of time as no one has the
