Smart View: Can we add additional member in Scenario dimension?

Summary:

Can we add additional member in Scenario?

-         It will be called “Proforma”;

-         We will use it for management reporting;

-         On legal entity basis – the figures will be the same as those in “Actual” – I hope, there is some process to replicate the data automatically every month.

-         The main differences between “Actual” and “Proforma’ are two:

1)     For some of the companies we will load data for additional periods (as an example: in “Actuals”, Company X should be consolidated from Sep-22; however, in “Proforma” we need it from Jan-22) –months are just an example.

2)     The consolidation adjustments will be also different
