Why can't I change the Offering/course attached to the Initiative? Or change end date?

Summary:

We don't want to have to keep building new initiatives every time content is updated, is this an access issue that IT needs to fix? Or do we just make a new initiative every time?

We would also like to be able to change the stop date if we have to.
