Report Data Purging

Summary: How often your organisation request Oracle to purge the report job history?

Content (required): We have reviewed the report job history and have noticed there are lot of confidential colleagues information data. We understand this can be manually delete each individual report however it will be a time consuming exercise and not efficient. We also have a concern on how we will compliance with data privacy and GDPR policy.

Currently, if an organisation would like to purge the report job history each time the SR has to be raised, which is not an efficient solution. Would it be possible for Oracle team to delete this history regularly?
