How can I run the report when I select the required parameter field 'ALL'?

Hi,

I have 1 parameter that is mandatory in the report I prepared, assignment status, you can see it in the screenshot. It is true that the report should not be opened without selecting a value, but when I select 'ALL' I want the report to run. How is this possible?
