Person management issue

Hi Team,

We are facing an issue in Person management page (Classic UI) when search any person page taking an time and 505 error out errors comes. if I search only person by given the person number in person management page i am able to see the employee.

but blank and % search not working, please suggest If I am missing anything it's happing in 23A .
