Secondary balancing segment and impact on setting revaluation via hierarchies

Summary:

Requirement is to have revaluation setup via hierarchies. However it is currently limited only to company and natural account segments

Content (required):

Currently we can use hierarchies to setup revaluation only for the company (viz a balancing segment value) and natural segments.  

Is it possible to enable hierarchy for any other segment by setting up secondary balancing segment

Does assigning additional balancing segments provide any extended functionality in the revaluation definition
