Forgot Password Email - Need SSO Bypass URL

Hello.  Has anyone added an SSO bypass URL for password reset for recruiting users (in a security message template)?  The existing URL that provides user with the link to the password reset page directs users to SSO site - and we have users who cannot use SSO at the moment.  I successfully configured e-share approval emails to include special URLs for non SSO approvals, but I can't seem to find anything similar for the password reset URL.  Thank you.  Ilona
