23B How to auto-default Assignment Standard Working Hours to a specific value

How to auto-default Assignment Standard Working Hours to a specific value (80)? 23B has added this additional field which is causing the FTE calculation not to work correctly.

This is on the Assignment Info section when setting up the Job Offer

We want the field to auto populate to '80' and 'bi-weekly' vs having to manually key it in each time. In Prod, the calculation for the FTE works correctly, but since adding this field it is no longer functioning correctly.
