Onboarding Task Terminated - Need to Reassign to new Owner

Task Terminated but needs to be Reassigned

We have an onboarding process with a step that was "terminated."  This task needs to be reassigned to NEW hiring manager. (former hiring manager task was terminated)

The task does not have option to be reassigned, as it was terminated.  Is there a way to restart this task only?  I see an option to restart process, but not individual task.
