How to default Buyer Automatically on requisition for Touchless Buying

Summary:

We have a requirement to default Buyer on the requisition automatically when creating requisition for Touchless buying for Agreements.

Can you please let us know the ways of doing it. I know we have Buyer Assignment rules but does that work for BPA's.
