Unable to cancel a rejected vacancy - how is this possible? (remains on the vacancy screen)

Hi,

We have a use case where a number of vacancies get rejected - when this happens they stay on the vacancies screen which gets messy and full of rejected vacancies.

However, we cannot cancel them either so they remain in this view.

At the moment, system administrators are required to approved the vacancy and then cancel it, is there any other more efficient options to prevent this?
