Make Email the default channel
Hi all, does anyone know if it's possible to set 'Email' as the default channel in a Help Desk Request? Is it also possible to set the 'To' field as something other than Primary Contact? I am using Redwood/Next Gen HRHD. Currently it defaults to the 'Web' channel but we think the majority of messages will be sent via email, so we'd like to save users a step and reduce scope for user error.
