How can I restrict the Employees under the Recruiter Field while creating a Requisition?

Summary:

Hi,

While creating a requisition, when we type the employee name on the Recruiter field, we can search and select any active employees now.

But I don't want all the employees come under the Recruiter field. I need only the Recruiters should come under the Recruiter field.

How can I do this?
