How to add RMI documents link in job offer Notification?

Summary:

There is a requirement where the business is asking some documents though Request More Information flow before offer creation. However they want the job offer approver to have the access of those documents.

So, they want to add RMI documents link added to the approver notification for the approver to see those documents.
