23B Patch issue : Zero dollar payments for zero dollar invoices are not getting accounted

Summary:

Hi team ,

If we book 0 dollar invoices with 0 payments , the invoices get accounted , however , the 0 dollar payments are getting stuck with below error

Some events couldn't be processed because no data exists in the transaction objects

Is anyone else facing this issue after 23B patch
