Derived standard working hours from location as part of 23B features

Hi Team,

23B features - You can now derive the standard working hours and frequency for an assignment from the position, job, location, department, legal employer, or enterprise in that order. Job and location are the new entities in the derivation hierarchy.

STEPS TO ENABLE: You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Issue - I do not see these two fields. Our environment is on 23B now.
