New Guided Journey for Create Job Req 23B issue

Summary:

We have configured from 23B release notes the Guided Journey for Create Job Req but although we can see it in checklists we dont see any difference anywhere else, so when we click "add" as manager nothing different happens and journey doesnt appear, any ideas how we get this to work
