Jobs not showing on Opportunity Marketplace

Summary:

Since Opp Marketplace came in with 23B we have constantly had reqs not showing even though posted, Oracle have given us numerous things to try and we thought we had fixed it but today 3 more not showing. Has anyone else had this issue, doesnt seem to be to do with req type, age, when posted anything totally random.
