Archiving learning courses

edited Jun 6, 2023 2:29PM in Learning 2 comments

Summary:

If we have a course that is about to end, but we have numerous learners still active against it (no active offering, not started and in progress), when we end date the course it still remains in these learners current learning and can still be completed.

We want to know what is the standard process for archiving and removing these assignments. Is it that we need to withdraw the learners by HDL each time and cancel any initiatives before we end date the course or is there an easier way to archive it and withdraw?
