Mapping the Requisition Template to the Jobs

Hi all,

Our client is using responsive UI and they required to map the Requisition template to all the jobs. But I loaded it by passing the RequisitionTemplateId column with the unique id, now what happened was id was populated instead of the requisition template name. How can I achieve this and I'm seeking the help from you all.

I've attached screenshot of the field, which has to be loaded in the Job page.
