Need an ethnicity report where the employees do not get duplicated?

Since Oracle has taken off the 2 or more ethnicities and made into a checkbox. If an Employee is bi/multiracial,he would click multiple options and therefore the reports pull more number of rows than the number of employees.

I guess this might have been an issue for a lot of US Employers. Have anyone mitigated this in their report?
