A New DFF is added, but looks different at 2 different locations

In Add a Pending Worker page, it looks fine as below.

However, in 'Person Management', it looks wierd, very long field length. I have to zoom out a lot to be able to see the dropdown icon on the right end of the field. How to make it similar like the above?
