Would like to know if we are able to able to provide ESS access to Additional State Tax Information when entering tax withholdings?

Content (required):

Currently only admins have access to these fields when being entered through My Client Groups Tax Information, have tried in a sandbox to provide employee access to these fields, however no fields are available.
