How to get courses to deploy in 6 months from a learner's enterprise hire date?

For OTBI analysis reports, there are filters like pending worker, employee, location, and will deploy courses accordingly. Courses designated for Employee will deploy at the stage a new hire's profile status is converted to employee. Is there a filter available where I can delay the course deployment by 6 months off an employee's enterprise hire date and have the course deploy in 6 months versus right away?
