How are the approval delegation categories mapped to approvals

Summary:

Hi, see the image below for approval categories listed, which appear in the UI for a user when creating delegation approval rules... I am wondering if there is a guide that map to the approvals? Some of them are more intuitive, while others are not intuitive at all...is there documentation on how these are delivered and mapped to approvals?
