Element Entry override does not have multiple options in Cloud

In eBusiness, when we do element entry override, we get options like None, Add, Subtract, Replace. However, in cloud payroll, we don't have any options, the system just replaces the original entry for the entry dates. Is this standard behavior for cloud payroll and is there any other way to tackle this other than manual work when client is moving from ebusiness to cloud
