Specialization/Course/Offering/Activity Descriptions

Noticed that more often than not, our learners aren't seeing descriptions because they are assigned vs searching the catalog.

I'm curious if we have a section hidden that would provide the descriptions but I've noticed the following:

When a learner is assigned a specialization they don't see the specialization description. They see the course descriptions within the specialization, but also do not see the offering description. So, when an employee is assigned a specialization the only descriptions they see are at the course level. This seems really odd.

When a learner is assigned at the offering level (which is our most used MO because we typically only have one offering and are trying to minimize clicks and content access delays) they don't see the course or offering descriptions, only the activity description. Again, feels really odd.
