Unable to customize Subject name for Learning related seeded mails

Summary:

Dear Team,

Our Client requirement is to customise the Display name of the Learning Emails i.e. they don't want seeded subject name for the mails which are related to Learning module. i.e. If a course has been assigned to any employee, the email will be triggered to that employee. But, in the Subject line, they want "Global Learning Cloud".

And for the remaining emails such as if a Goal has been assigned to an employee, that should have seeded subject name only i.e. this change should be applicable only to Learning related mails.

Could you please let me know where I should configure this module specific Subject name.
