Which BI Template does the New Hire FYI notification use?

Summary:

We have added 2 fields to the New Hire notification (Business Title and Position). The fields were already in the data model to add to the RTF template.

The "Approved" notification for new hire is reflecting these 2 new fields correctly. But the FYI notification is not showing the new fields.

This implies the FYI notification is using a different template than the New Hire template.
