How to restrict family and emergency details for LM+1 and above hierarchy

Hi,

We have granted "Emergency Contact details" for Line Managers to view the their direct reports. (Refer attached document for roles and privileges added to our custom role).

Now LM, LM+1 and above level can access the emergency contacts in all hierarchy level. Are we able to restrict it to purely line manager of their direct report?

Example: If LM logged in then, they should see only their direct reports. If LM+1 logged in then, they should see only his/her direct reports and they should not see LM direct reports.

Please suggest?
